Blame

A passionate, heated sense of Anger, indignation, self-righteousness, wrongdoing by another.
Caution! Focusing on the wrongdoing of another person immobilizes our ability to think clearly and to take truly beneficial action.

Remedy: I breath, calming myself. I look at the facts of the situation without the emotional coloring. Then I look at my feelings about the situation. I have realizations. I ask myself questions like :

''What were my expectations?''
''What exactly about this ticked me off?''
''What do I want?''

I generate options of how I can respond.

Decisions ? Attraction and Repulsion
Sometimes in decision making, our intellect fails us. Acting on Attraction or Repulsion provides the answer.

Constructive Doubt
Unsettled, disturbed, sense that something is amiss.
Remedy: Give yourself space to understand the doubt. Journal, talk out loud, discuss it with another person.

Caution: Chose a person who can listen without trying to ''fix'' you or without prescribing solutions that have worked for them. This way you can find answers suitable to you.

Doubt as a sign of evolution
Deeply disturbed. Possibilities contrary to my world view have disturbingly arisen.
Remedy: I notice my thoughts and feelings. I imagine what it would be like to embrace and live out of this new view.

Note: You may have fear about no longer believing in your old world view. You may feel lighter and excited as you contemplate the emerging new world view. The attitude of experimentation may be beneficial.

''What if I am wrong?'' - Destructive self-doubt
A feeling of fainting, of dropping out, or being beside yourself.
This is probably an attack from ''negative'' forces in your psyche.
Breathe and reaffirm your intentions, reexamining them if needed.
What am I afraid will happen? What might I lose?
Reassure yourself.

''What if I am wrong?'' Emerging constructive realization.
Relax, breathe, loosen your hold on the ideas you are holding. Intend to follow the most appropriate course of action. Honestly examine your doubt.

Perplexity mystery inspiration.
We tend to respond Perplexity or confusion by feeling distressed, get uptight, maybe worried and afraid.
If we see perplexity as the evidence of Mystery's presence, we can feel ourselves relax into ''unknowing.''
Frequently, this relaxation opens us to inspiration, bringing us encouragement and the guidance we need.

Blinded by idealism
You are having difficulty with a situation because you are unable to gather the facts needed to make an effective solution. Your thoughts may run something like this: '' But I am ________.'' ''But I thought that______________.'' ''This can't be happening because _______________''
Remedy: Clearly understand what ideals you are applying and Clearly look at the facts of the situation. Come to see what is in your power to do, and what isn't .

''I can't believe this is happening to me!''
Breathe, feel your feelings, watch your thoughts go all over the place. Remember you are not your thoughts. Your thoughts and feelings are likely to simply be reactions you have to wade through to get to helpful thinking and motivation.

Betrayal of trust
''But I trusted you!''
Get quiet. Ask yourself what exactly did I trust this person to do or not to do. You cannot trust that you will never experience hurt feelings or other unpleasantness while relating to another person. Remember we are all human. We all blunder. No one has the same thought and emotional life as you.

The events in a dream are real until you wake up
A shift in consciousness is happening. Allow the change to rework your reality. You will have different ideas come to you along with the old habitual one. Take your time to chose carefully. This is the opportunity to build a better Reality for yourself.
